Formatters, encoders, generators and the diff tool run in your browser. Tools that have to fetch a URL for you make one request to that URL and nothing else. Do the tools work offline? Once a page has loaded, the browser-side tools keep working without a connection. Is there a size limit? Browser-side tools are limited only by your device memory.
